Our mission
We are approaching a billion people quietly losing the conversations that keep them mentally sharp. We exist to give that capacity back, and in doing so, to address one of the most overlooked drivers of cognitive decline.
Leadership

Samuel Budoff
Sam holds a PhD in Neuroscience and master's degrees in Neuroengineering and Statistics. He has eight years of biotech startup experience, including founding BaconBio Inc. (where he led the team to a patent) and serving as the 14th employee at Modern Meadow. At Parley, Sam is the co-Investigator leading clinical trial NCT07304024 after preparing the IND, he leads commercial strategy, fundraising, and operations.

Achim Klug
Achim is a Professor at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, where he has run the Klug Lab since 2009. He holds a PhD in Neurobiology and Zoology and 30 years of research focused on the auditory brainstem. He previously founded PopNeuron LLC and led it to revenue. He holds three issued U.S. patents and one pending patent on LOOT, and is the developer of Parley's underlying treatment. Achim is the lead Investigator on clinical trial NCT07304024.
